This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all classes, clubs, camps, courses, and programs offered by Your Reel Creations LLC, doing business as My Speech and Debate Coach.
By enrolling in any program, you agree to the terms below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is received at least seventy-two (72) hours before the start of a new class or program.
No refunds will be issued otherwise.
2. No Refunds After Start
Once a class, club, camp, or program has started:

No refunds are issued for any reason

No refunds for missed classes, partial attendance, or schedule conflicts
-
No refunds due to learner disengagement, preference changes, or failure to participate
-
No refunds for self-paced courses or digital materials once access is granted
3. Ongoing or Subscription Programs
For ongoing or subscription-based programs:

Cancellation will stop future billing
-
No refunds are issued for past or current billing periods
-
Unused sessions are forfeited upon cancellation
3A. Subscription Classes
For subscription-based classes:

Parents may start or stop enrollment at any time
-
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, enrollment must be canceled before the billing cycle begins

Once a billing cycle has started, charges for that period are non-refundable
-
Canceling a subscription releases the learner’s seat
-
Re-enrollment is not guaranteed and is subject to availability
Stopping a subscription does not entitle families to refunds for unused sessions or partial billing periods.
4. Missed Classes
If a learner misses a scheduled class:

No refunds will be issued
-
A make-up class may be offered within the same week, when available
-
Make-up classes and credits do not roll over to future weeks or billing periods

If a make-up class is not available, access to the class recording may be provided
-
Recording access is available only while the learner is actively enrolled
5. Schedule Changes or Cancellations by Us
If My Speech and Debate Coach cancels or reschedules a class session, families will receive either:

A class credit, or
-
A make-up session
Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
6. Payment Issues
If payment is not received or fails to process:

Access to classes and materials may be immediately suspended
-
Continued nonpayment may result in removal from the program

No refunds will be issued
7. Removal for Policy Violations
If a learner is removed due to misconduct or violation of our Terms and Conditions:

No refunds or credits will be issued
-
Access to future sessions will end immediately
