These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by Your Reel Creations LLC, doing business as My Speech and Debate Coach (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a class or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By enrolling in any class, club, camp, course, or program offered by My Speech and Debate Coach, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein. Parents or legal guardians enrolling a minor confirm that they accept these Terms on behalf of the child participant.
My Speech and Debate Coach provides online educational services, including but not limited to live virtual classes, ongoing clubs, camps, self-paced courses, private group programs, and digital educational materials. All services are currently offered online, but we reserve the right to add or modify services at any time.
Participation requires appropriate technology, which may include a stable internet connection, a device capable of video conferencing, a camera and microphone, and access to platforms such as Zoom or Google Docs. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring learners meet any stated age or skill expectations for a class.
Parents or guardians are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, ensuring timely payment, and overseeing learner participation.
All learners are expected to participate respectfully and follow community standards, including appropriate language and behavior during live sessions and in chat features. We reserve the right to
Pricing, billing schedules, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is received at least seventy-two (72) hours before the start of a new class or program. No refunds are issued once a class or program has begun, for missed classes, or for partial attendance.
For subscription-based classes, families may start or stop enrollment at any time. To avoid charges for a future billing period, cancellation must occur prior to the start of the applicable billing cycle. Once a billing cycle begins, charges are non-refundable. Cancellation releases the learner’s seat, and re-enrollment is not guaranteed.
If payment fails or is not received when due, access to services may be immediately suspended until payment is resolved.
Schedule changes or cancellations will be communicated via email and/or the learning platform. If we cancel or reschedule a session, families will receive either a class credit or a make-up session.
If a learner misses a scheduled class, access to the class recording will be provided when available. Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
All course materials, including but not limited to slides, worksheets, prompts, videos, and class recordings, are the exclusive property of Your Reel Creations LLC.
Materials and recordings are provided for personal, household use only and are accessible only while a learner is actively enrolled. Sharing, distributing, posting, or using materials or recordings outside your household or for teaching others is strictly prohibited.
The My Speech and Debate Coach name, logo, and course titles are protected trademarks and may not be used without written permission.
Our services are educational in nature and are not therapy, counseling, or legal advice. While we strive to support confidence and communication growth, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
Participation in online classes is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Reel Creations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for nonpayment, misconduct, or violation of these Terms. Depending on the severity of the situation, termination may be immediate or preceded by a warning.
If access is terminated due to nonpayment, misconduct, or violation of these Terms, participation in future sessions will end immediately, and no refunds will be issued, including for unused sessions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt informal resolution first before pursuing further legal action. Where permitted by law, class-action claims are waived.
